This is the official policy for the Student.com Forums. Any comments can be e-mailed to jeff at student dot com.

Messages including any of the following will be edited or deleted by a moderator or Student.com employee:

1. Strong profanity and/or any offensive language
2. Posts with racist, sexist, or other discriminatory content, if the post does not directly relate to such a topic
3. Posts abusing other Student.com users
4. Posts containing copyrighted, porngraphic, or other illegal content
5. "Flame wars", "pie fights", or other off-topic discussions
6. "Bait" posts, or posts intended to instigate a fight
7. "Spam" posts, advertisements, or other posts that do not follow the topic of the forum in question
8. Any other post that Student.com considers offensive or inappropriate
